Kuza presented updates on the Innovation project launched (in May 2019) for the BCI Field Facilitators at BCI’s Quarterly Scale Partner meet held in IDH Office, Gurgaon. The Kuza Digital Platform, since being launched, engaged 637 Field Facilitators from 10 BCI Implementation Partners across 3 States of Maharashtra, Gujarat & Telangana.
Kuza presented the results of the Pilot Evaluation (based on various parameters like Relevancy, Usefulness, Replicability, Scalability and so on). Over 83% of the Field Facilitators participated in the Pilot Evaluation of whom 91% found the training very useful, 96% felt that they would use the learnings frequently, 100% felt that they would use the training material for training the farmers.
A number of representatives from the Implementation Partners shared their experience of how the Kuza Digital Tool has helped them to enhance the learning experience for the Field Facilitators. They further shared how post the Kuza initiative, they witnessed positive impact and renewed confidence & behavior change (positively) in the Field Facilitators.
